1. Contact Cultured Log Systems at 1-877-257-5647 or visit our contact page at www.CulturedLogs.com. During your initial visit ask your representative to arrange a personalized log home tour. Tours enable customers to see the possibilities available with Cultured Log Systems.

2. Your representative will take you through the planning process. Issues to discuss include:
     a. What type and size home you wish to build. Whether a CLS model or          custom home best suits your needs.
     b. Finding the right architect if you choose a custom home design.
     c. Land and home site considerations.
     d. Financial considerations and options.
     e. Finding experienced contractor/builders.
     f. Production and delivery timelines.

3. Based on the home of your choice Cultured Log Systems will develop a preliminary price estimate.

4. Meet with your financial professional to qualify you for the purchase of your CLS log home.

5. Meet again with your CLS representative to review home ideas and price estimates. Finalize any plan modifications. 20% payment is due to start architectural blueprints.

6. Meet again with your financial professional to submit a loan application.

7. Architectural blueprints will be ready in approximately three weeks for final review and modifications. 40% payment is due prior to start production of your home.

8. Production of your home will be complete within 90 days from the final approval of your architectural blueprints.

9. The final payment of 40% is due upon completed production of your home and prior to delivery to your home site.
