Few business people in Montana have reached the level of accomplishment as Jack Morgenstern.

Jack serves as the Chairman of Century Companies, Inc., a leading construction services company in Montana. Jack also serves as Chairman of First National Bank in Lewistown, Mt. His accomplishments range from “Business Person of the Year” in Lewistown, Mt. in 1994; to first runner up for “Small Business Person of the Year” for the State of Montana in 2004.

He has been instrumental in founding and/or organizing numerous Montana organizations, these include:

•The Montana Contractors Compensation Fund (MCCF).
• Montana State Fund. Re-appointed by Governor Martz (2003).
• Past Chairman, current Director Montana Contractors Association Health Care/Retirement Trust Funds.
• Past President and Past National Director Montana Contractors Association.
• First bi-annual Constructor of the Year Award given by Department of Civil Engineering, MSU—Bozeman.
• Founding member Central Montana Manufacturing Alliance (CMMA).

Jack holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from MSU – Bozeman and has post graduate studies in Business Management and Finance. Jack and his wife have three children.
